CNC OPERATOR Applicants should have the following qualifications: 2+ Years Experience in a Vertical or Horizontal Machining Center Environment; Ability to Read Blueprints, Use Micrometers, Calipers and a Variety of Gage Equipment, Make Own Offsets, Work Independently and Must be Quality Driven. Ability to Perform Own Set-ups is a Plus. MANUFACTURING ENGINEER Applicants should have the following qualifications: B.S. Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Additional Training and Experience May be Used to Fulfill a Portion of the Education Requirement); Minimum 5 Years Knowledge and Experience in the Machining of Cast Iron and Aluminum Components; Experience with CAD/CAM, CNC Programming, Tool and Fixture Selection, Gage Selection, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project; Team Building Experience; Good Communication and People Skills; Proactive Planning and Problem Solving. Lean Manufacturing Experience is a Plus.
